Core Features

AI Coach

Use the AI Coach to connect patterns, explore goals, and turn reflection into next actions.

The AI Coach helps you make sense of your wellbeing data and turn reflection into action. It works best when you have recent mood entries, journal entries, goals, or test results.

Show the Mind Wobble AI Coach screen with conversation list, coaching type choices, chat area, and a contextual coaching starter visible.

Start a conversation

Open AI Coach and start a new conversation, or continue an existing one. You can use it for open reflection, goal planning, difficult decisions, or making sense of recent patterns.

Good prompts are specific:

  • "Help me understand why my stress has been high this week."
  • "I want to make progress on this goal but keep avoiding the first step."
  • "Use my values to help me think through this decision."

Choose a coaching type

Mind Wobble includes several coaching modes:

  • Adaptive Coaching, which adjusts to what you bring.
  • GROW Sessions, which guide goal conversations through Goal, Reality, Options, and Will.
  • Limiting Beliefs, which helps identify and challenge beliefs that may be holding you back.
  • Growth Mindset, which helps reframe setbacks and effort.

Use Adaptive Coaching when you are not sure what you need. Use a structured type when you know the kind of support you want.

How context improves coaching

The coach can use context from:

  • Mood patterns.
  • Journal themes.
  • Goals and steps.
  • Values and self-discovery results.
  • Previous conversation summaries.

This context helps the coach avoid generic advice and ask more relevant questions.

Action items and summaries

Some coaching conversations can produce action items or summaries. Use action items as a bridge into goals or your next journal entry.

Important limits

Mind Wobble is not therapy, medical care, or an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger or might harm yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services or use crisis support resources.

Frequently asked questions

Is the AI Coach a replacement for therapy?

No. The AI Coach is a reflection and planning tool. It is not therapy, medical care, diagnosis, or an emergency service. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or use the Crisis Support resources in the app.

What does the coach actually know about me?

Only the context Mind Wobble shares from your account: recent mood patterns, journal themes, goals, values, test results, and previous conversation summaries. The coach does not have access to anything outside the app.

Are my coaching conversations private?

Yes. Coaching conversations are encrypted at rest, are visible only to you in the app, and are not used by AI providers to train their models.

Which coaching type should I pick?

Use Adaptive Coaching when you are not sure what you need. Use GROW Sessions for goal-focused conversations, Limiting Beliefs when something keeps getting in the way, and Growth Mindset when you want help reframing a setback or effort.

Why does the coach ask questions instead of giving direct answers?

Most coaching modes are designed to help you think through your own situation rather than hand you generic advice. If you would prefer a more direct response, say so in your prompt — for example, "Give me three specific options to consider."
