Billing & Subscription

Review your plan and usage, manage payment and invoices, and change, cancel, or resume your subscription.

The Billing & Subscription page is where you see your current plan and manage everything to do with payment. Mind Wobble uses Paddle as its Merchant of Record, so payments, invoices, and your payment method are handled securely through Paddle's portal (see Section 7.1 of the Terms of Service).

Your plan and usage

At the top of the page a status badge shows where your subscription stands — active, past due, paused (temporarily suspended), cancelled, or not subscribed. On plans that include AI usage, a Your usage section shows how much of your allowance you have used, with a link to pricing if you want to compare plans.

The Subscription summary card lays out the plan details and upcoming billing milestones: your status, your plan and its price, your next billing date, and when the current period ends.

Manage subscription

The Manage subscription card brings the actions together:

  • Change subscription takes you to the pricing page to upgrade or change your plan. A plan change is scheduled rather than instant, so it takes effect at your next renewal and you keep your current plan until then.
  • Manage billing opens the Paddle customer portal, where you can update your payment method and download your invoices.
  • Cancel subscription stops future charges. You can cancel anytime, and your access stays active until the end of your current billing period.
  • Resume subscription appears if a cancellation is already scheduled, letting you keep your plan running before it ends.

For the full picture of what cancelling means — and how it differs from deleting your account or asking for a refund — see Cancelling Your Account.

There is also a link here to delete your account instead, which takes you to the account-deletion section of your Profile.

Invoices and payment method

Your payment method and your list of invoices appear further down the billing page, and you can also reach them through the Manage billing portal. That is the place to update a card or download a receipt for your records.

Past due

If a renewal payment does not go through, your status shows as past due and a notice appears at the top of the page. Your access is not cut off straight away — Paddle automatically retries the payment over a short window, so the usual fix is to make sure your payment method is up to date through Manage billing. If the payment cannot be recovered, the subscription is eventually cancelled.

Frequently asked questions

When does a plan change take effect?

Plan changes are scheduled for your next renewal rather than applied immediately, so you keep what you are paying for until the current period ends. A notice on the billing page shows any change that is queued up.

Where do I get an invoice or update my card?

Both live in the Paddle portal, reached through Manage billing. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, it handles invoicing and payment details on Mind Wobble's behalf.

I cancelled by mistake — can I undo it?

Yes. While a cancellation is only scheduled and the period has not ended, a Resume subscription button appears so you can keep your plan running.
